This is the second year the Catalan Government launches the Programa Talent which helps biotechnology companies attract foreign managerial talent. In the year 2009 Neos received a ‘Programa Talent’ grant for the consultancy services of Hans Weynschenk, founder and director of Circle Consultants , a Dutch consulting firm. Mr Weynschenk has brought his expertise in the areas of commercial consultancy and strategic marketing of medical devices. This fruitful relationship has culminated in his recruitment as a full-time Sales Manager of Neos Surgery.
