Cranial LOOP is a smart system for securely fixing bone flaps resulting from craniotomies.

The fact it is made of PEEK-OPTIMA^® material makes it totally radiolucent. Furthermore, this material prevents the appearance of artifact both in CT and MR imaging.
Cranial LOOP's smart and reliable design makes possible to use it without any extra instruments. In addition, the device's special self-cutting function facilitates the removal of its non-implantable part.

Its unique design and materials further allow it to perfectly adapt to the epicranial and epidural shapes and curvatures
Cranial LOOP is placed with a fast and easy "pull and tighten" action, which allow the surgeon to control and feel the fixation throughout the whole process. A standard bone flap can be fixated in less than a minute with three devices.
Cranial LOOP produces fixation strengths similar to other standard devices, which are metallic and non-instrument-free.
